Brian Furstenfeld brings over 20 years of experience as a real estate broker/agent and property manager. During this time, Brian has been actively involved in both familial development projects and countless real estate transactions. His passion to share his multitude of perspectives with both buyers and sellers, along with his unique ability to articulate values instinctively make him an invaluable resource in a fast paced and everchanging marketplace. Brian’s insight and foresight as a veteran property owner help position him as a real estate professional who is well-qualified to put himself in the shoes of his clients, always focusing on his client’s best interests above all.
Brian has gone to great lengths to understand the inevitability of population growth and demand for Southern California residency versus the geographically limited space and importance of preserving as much open space as possible. He pursued his early childhood knowledge of real estate through education at the University of California at Berkeley. While attending, he studied City Planning and Urban Development, learning how to accommodate for growth with the least amount of environmental impact, along with all the facets and features of communities and neighborhoods, zoning, infrastructure, public uses, restrictions, and their respective impacts on property value. Brian’s instilled and heartfelt commitment to serve the needs of homebuyers, sellers, and the community at large is paramount in his life and to his success.
During his time outside of work, Brian enjoys an active lifestyle of hiking, watersports, and serving at his community church.
